Puer Aeternus (the eternal youth) refers to an adult who remains psychologically stalled in adolescence, reluctant to grow up, and struggling to face real-world responsibilities or establish stable relationships.

I believe the state of being a Puer Aeternus should be something one realizes through their own self-awarenessa tool for self-understandingrather than a reductive label used to carelessly frame observed phenomena.

And so, I chose to share this concept. This led to the creation of a zine, born through interviews and invitations to creators including myself) to contribute their work.

As an editor, interviewer, and reader, this zine portrays fragments of these individuals lives. How do they come to recognize themselves as being in a state of eternal adolescence? How do they annotate or define such a self-understanding? After trading the creators journeysboth active and passivethrough the concept of Puer Aeternus, how might readers reflect back onto themselves? These are the questions I raise through this zine.
